Payment Methods

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Secure Server. When you place an order through Virtually Glass the secure server padlock symbol will appear at the bottom right / top left of your browser (depending on the browser you are using) to confirm that your transaction and card details are being handled securely. Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Maestro).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Virtually Glass - Our Style Ltd have cleared in full.

Delivery of your polycarbonate glasses

Your UK order will be despatched to you within 2 working days, normal delivery times are 2-3 days.

Next day delivery is availale at and extra charge shown at checkout. Orders placed before 11am will be sent that day unless you order over a weekend or Bank Holiday this will be sent on the next working day.

For Bulk Orders - We will contact you on order and agree delivery timescales.

FREE UK Postage

We will arrange delivery of your polycarbonate plastic glasses as soon as payment is received.

All single packs will be sent to UK locations by Hermes 2-3 day tracked service FREE of charge.

All single pack or multi pack purchases weighing more than 5kg will be sent to UK locations FREE of charge and will be sent via courier with the most effective service.

If you require a fast delivery please contact us by email through the contact form. Express postage is available at an extra charge, quoted upon request.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Retuns & Exhange

Shoud you wish to return or exchange your items please coantact us by email.  Any item that has a fault will be refunded including the return postage.

If you do not like an item and wish to return or exchange the return postage will not be refunded.
